Reopening Plan Parent Survey
Greetings
I am asking all parents to please fill out the survey below. Please fill out the survey for each child in our school. The survey will let the school know what your plans are for your child when the schools reopen. Filling out the survey will enable us to plan better and have a consistent, safe environment for your child and our staff. If you know your answer immediately, great! If you need time to make your decision please take until Tuesday, October 13th. I will begin to look at the results on Wednesday, October 14th.
Phase 2 allows for approximately 33% of students in our school for in person instruction. This means your child's class will be split into three groups. This will allow for a student to receive up to 5 consecutive days of in person instruction followed by 10 days of learning remotely. We will provide a schedule for the weeks your child will attend school later this month. This cycle will repeat until we move into phase 3 which allows for 50% of students in school for in person instruction. Please note that whatever decision you make will be for the entire 2nd Marking Period, which begins on November 17th, 2020 and ends on February 2, 2021.
