Read Across America

Celebrating Read Across America 2022

Our students and staff had a blast celebrating the love of reading and wearing our hats for Top Hat Tuesday!!

District-Wide Fundraiser for the Citizens of Ukraine this Friday March 4th.

We will be having a Dress Down Fundraiser on behalf of the district for this Friday, March 4th. Our students can still wear their favorite team apparel for the Read Across America activities. We will send a portion of fundraising to both "Razom for Ukraine" as well as our local Ukrainian Community Center on Fleet Street.

JCPS Spelling Bee

Jersey City Public Schools Will Host Spelling Bee Day on Saturday March 26th!

On Saturday March 26th, Jersey City Public Schools will host the Elementary Spelling Bee and 10:00 A.M. and the Middle School Spelling Bee at 1:00 P.M. We are so excited for Spelling Bee Day!

The Jersey City Public Schools will have an early dismissal today, Friday, February 4, 2022.

The Jersey City Public Schools will have an early dismissal today, Friday, February 4, 2022. The early release allows bused students to reach home or the receiving school before the roads become treacherous. Schools will dismiss students at 12:45, and all after-school activities are canceled including CASPER. Our students' safety is a priority.

Thank You for Shopping our Book Fair!

Our Winter Books Fair was a success! We had all of our students visit and shop the Book Fair. Students were able to purchase books they will enjoy reading. Until next time...happy reading!
